The hardest part of this is that I’m trying so hard and my family doesn’t care. It makes me so mad that I go to the gym everyday, eat a quarter of what they do, and way less bad stuff than they do, yet they criticize me about how I look constantly and how I should do something about it. We have a wedding coming up and for months my mom and grandma have been saying they want to lose 40 pounds each for it, my grandma went to 3 weight watchers meetings and that was that and my mom is ‘too busy’ for anything. Meanwhile, I’ve been literally working my ass off and they don’t even notice. Fuck them.

This is what happens after you eat clean for 21 days. No exercise, just a change in diet. Eek. Can you guys tell a difference? I’m really excited about my results. I lost 16 pounds and 10.5” overall. I lost 4 inches off my waist! My butt lost so much “fatty-ness.” I don’t even know how to describe it. It’s just smoothed out a lot!
